We offer a free initial consultation that will last for approximately 1 hour or longer depending on the size of your event. Prior to the consultation we ask you to fill out one of our pre-consultation forms which will help you to get a better feel for what you need to consider regarding your floral needs and that helps us to understand the scope of your event. Once we meet we will discuss all details that play into the world of designing flowers for your event such as color schemes, seasonal flowers, themes, settings etc.. Feel free to bring along your mom, fiance, or best friend to help you sort through the sometimes overwhelming task of choosing the right ideas.
Since every event is planned and designed around each client, rates will vary on an individual basis according to the theme, season, flower types and rentals.
As soon as possible after the initial free consultation we will present you a detailed description of all design ideas and preliminary prices along with a floral breakdown and a contract. Upon approval we ask you for a 50% deposit to hold the date, props and personnel. Because we book a limited number of events per day and per weekend our calendar fills very quickly. All dates are reserved on a first booked basis.
About three to four weeks before the event a follow up consultation/email/phone call can be scheduled. Any adjustments to the proposal/contract will be discussed and finalized. The full balance is due two weeks prior to the date of the event.
Everything will be designed, delivered and set-up at your venue/s for your convenience and to ensure to fulfill your great expectations for your flowers on a perfect day.
